1.1. The NOOR Savonnerie Trials Program (“the Program”) is a voluntary product-testing initiative operated by NOOR Savonnerie (“the Company”) for the limited purpose of obtaining consumer feedback on pre-market soap formulations developed under the NOOR Savonnerie brand.

1.2. The Program is conducted solely for research, evaluation, and promotional analysis. It does not constitute a commercial sale, product warranty, or offer to sell goods to the public.

1.3. The samples provided under the Program are prototype or pre-launch cosmetic products that may vary from final production formulas. The Participant acknowledges that these samples are distributed without charge and without any representation of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance guarantee.

1.4. The Participant further acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Program is experimental in nature, is undertaken at the Participant’s own risk, and creates no contractual or consumer relationship between the Participant and the Company other than that expressly stated herein.

1.5. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any portion thereof at any time and without prior notice.

2.1. By accessing, submitting, or participating in the NOOR Savonnerie Trials Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“the Agreement”).

2.2. If the Participant does not agree to these Terms, they must not participate in the Program or use any product provided under it.

3.1. Participation is limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older.

3.2. Minors under eighteen (18) years of age may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3.3. The Company reserves the absolute right to determine eligibility, acceptance, and termination of any Participant at its sole discretion and without notice.

4.1. The trial soaps provided are pre-market samples formulated with natural ingredients for external use only.

4.2. The Participant understands that use of cosmetic or personal-care products may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

4.3. The Participant agrees to conduct a patch test prior to full use and acknowledges that they are solely responsible for determining personal compatibility.

4.4. The Company expressly disclaims any and all liability for injury, allergic reaction, illness, or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from participation in the Program or use of any provided product.

4.5. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risk associated with the testing and use of the sample products.

5.1. Any feedback, testimonial, comment, or image submitted by the Participant may be used by the Company for promotional, research, or marketing purposes without compensation.

5.2. The Participant grants the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such materials in any format or media.

5.3. All intellectual property, including but not limited to formulas, designs, trademarks, and brand assets, remain the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use or disclosure is strictly prohibited.

6.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary and without monetary compensation or consideration.

6.2. The sample products are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.3. The Company makes no guarantee regarding product performance, results, or suitability for any individual.

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program or use of any product provided thereunder.

7.2. The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the Program.

8.1. The Company collects personal information such as name, email address, and responses solely for purposes of Program administration and follow-up communication.

8.2. The Company will not sell or distribute Participant data to third parties.

8.3. By submitting information, the Participant consents to the Company’s processing of data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8.4. Participants may request removal of their data by contacting the Company at hello@noorsavonnerie.com.

9.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

9.2. The Company may amend these Terms at its discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
